- Abstract
- Efficient use of experimental methods for studying physical processes depends on the available data on the basis of different models. In this study, the formation of microprofile surfaces are modeled from the viewpoint of hardening of metals at the mesoscopic level. Emission current density is given by the modified equation of Richardson-Dashman with variable characteristics of the deformation activity at different stages of deformation. The model parameters are refined iteratively by introduction to the program relevant amendments. The paper provides simulation results of the deformation activity of polycrystalline metals - copper and molybdenum, as well as chrome-nickel alloys, structural steel and alumel.
