- Abstract
- The method of frequency-time analysis of the signals of electrophysical diagnostics and non-destructive testing to identify structural inhomogeneities in metals and alloys has been developed. The results of calculations with the Hamming, Wigner-Ville, Born-Jordan and Gauss window functions are considered for the case of EI 847 steel tested for fracture. For measurements in the manual detection mode, a programmable amplitude discriminator (PAD) of measuring signals with an adjustable amplitude discrimination scale in the range of 40 dB was developed. Narrow-band filter allows you to adjust the amplitude-amplitude modulation amplitude amplitude, starting from the level of tenths of microvolts, in 0.1 µV increments, and wideband - from units to tens of millivolts.
