- Abstract
- It is shown that the nuclear reaction of fusion in cold hydrogen is possible due to the generation of metastable atoms of dineutroneum existing as the bound state of two neutrons and one neutrino. The estimation of mass, sizes and lifetime of atoms of dineutroneum generated by interaction of deuterons with free or quasi-free electrons is carried out.
