- Abstract
- The simple design of the electromagnetic valve for pulse overlap gas inlet into the vacuum devices is offered. Duration of a gas pulse can be changed in limits 0.3-2 ms at a repetition rate up to 60 Hz. The valve supply does not create electromagnetic noise.
