- This publication describes the main issues of the circuitry design of the key components of intelligent power modules for industrial applications. An overview of the development of SMC "TECHNOLOGICAL CENTRE" is submitted. The new development has a large range of control interfaces, six fully galvanically isolated power channels and an integrated microcontroller.
