- Abstract
- In the paper, we show the relevance of the two pillars on issues of quality, reliability, security and competitiveness of high-tech equipment and sophisticated technological equipment (SRT) of its production of the XXI century. One of these trends - reliability and security posed by manufactured industry and domestic use sophisticated technology and its production stations, and the second - that is their quality and competitiveness in the global market of high technologies, products, goods and services. This work is devoted to the first direction, which summarizes the results of research and development of major groups of authors working earlier and (or) is currently working in leading industries of the USSR and Russia (research institutes, design, NGOs, plants), educational institutions (both civilian and military universities), the organizations of the USSR, the Federal Republic and the Russian Academy of Sciences, the USSR State Committee for Standardization and ROSSTANDART. Summarizes the proposals and recommendations to ensure the reliability and security posed by complex technology and high-tech industries of its stations in the short, medium and longer term, the XXI century.
