- The article refers to analysis of critical issues of governmental (regulatory-legal) policy, control and supervision in the sphere of state armament programs and state defense contracts, particularly in case of state procurement and supplies according to international military political, foreign economic, foreign trade, monetary and credit, investment, cooperative and other obligations by the Russian Federation as well as international subsidiary obligations by economic entities of the Russian Federation.
