- Abstract
- The article contains the list of effective spheres of application membrane processes (MP) in alcohol industrial production, including for processing grain bards. Three are described based on use of MP the base lines designed for manufacture from bards: the dry fodder additive appropriate on world classification to quality DDGS; two dry and one liquid food grain-yeast additives, and also liquid high-concentrated additives of quality DDGS. In the article are given the results of use grain-yeast additives from bards by manufacture of bakery products and other foodstuff. It was proved the application of termochemical stable nanocermet membranes TrumemTM, let out in Russia.
