- Abstract
- Use of computer physico-chemical models in control systems enables to optimize technological processes of aluminum production. Thus the minimum size of exhausts for process of electrolysis processes of electrolysis makes in breaking points of 1.8-2 % from batch of raw components. Stabilization of exhausts is achieved at the dosed feeding fluorine salts excluding decrease CR (criolite ratio) electrolyte < 2. Superfine waste products of gas scrubbing are refined by a method of column floatation and energetic-technological combustions, providing efficient division and salvaging of particles of carbon and cryolite. The fume cleaning from dioxide of carbon is processed by methods of carbonization. The development recommended for use at the aluminium smelters, allow to lower the consumption of raw materials, to improve balance of components, and also to reduce exhausts and generation of wastes.
