- Abstract
- There have been estimated the potential ecological payments which could be collected in addition from the power-producing companies, if the taxation system of Russian economy takes stock of the prejudice causing environment during it's derived pollutions by ash-slag wastes from ash disposal areas of coal's power stations. There has been fulfilled the calculation of the amount of toxic components which falls into atmosphere and hydrosphere from the closed section of the ash disposal area of Severodvinsk power station. Using Russian standards of payments, there has been estimated the size of possible ecological tax for these harmful emissions.
