- Abstract
- The factual state of ecological control and the problems of environment protection and rational nature management in the Vologda region are considered. The most frequent federal legislation violations during control - supervision measures at enterprises and the main problems of the control supervision activities are analyzed. The imperfection of the current legal regulation of environment protection and nature preservation is noted. Some proposals of legislation improvement in the field of environment preservation and protection and rational nature management are given in the article.
