- Abstract
- The approach for solution of wide range of theoretical and practical problems in the field of information security is suggested based upon the usage of modern engineering methods - semiformal and formal modeling. The set of information security methodologies contained in most significant and widespread domain standards have been taken as the initial collection of knowledge for engineering. The general structure of target model system is considered, the necessary engineering types, levels and their characteristics are defined and recommendations on the tools are provided. Finally a set of both revealed and perspective applications of proposed methods are noted.
