- Abstract
- The article shows the main methods of payment management of telecommunication services in a distributed network. The main features of distribution networks for telecommunication services are described in the text. The existing methods performed payment functions in a distributed network are considered in the article. The solution of the problem is based on determination the optimum way to organize the billing system in a distributed network. The limitations of existing solutions of billing systems are considered for small providers. The new approach to organize a traffic control and payment management of telecommunication services in distributed network is suggested. The case of security service messages between remote routers, billing server and payment server are considered.
