- Abstract
- In article the current state of technology of aluminum and its alloys from the point of view of their influence on a state of environment is analyzed. The greatest influence is rendered by casting -metallurgical processes - preparations and fusion of mixture, clearing of melts, and shaped molding. Lacks of existing technological processes are pointed. A number of examples of the new purer technologies developed by various firms, both foreign, and domestic is resulted. One of perspective ways of reduction harmful substances and wastes of aluminum fusion is application of more modern melting units and the organization of manufacturing of ingots of ready which alloys directly at factories of primary aluminum, and also fuller processing of slags and application, at manufacturing shaped castings, molding on the installed gas models.
