- Abstract
- The automatic face recognition imposes on modern security system additional requirements. Technically speaking, a face is represented as a graph whose vertices are located at key points such as the center of the eye, the contours of the head, lips. nose, etc. Damage to any of the vertices of a graph during compression can lead to errors in the recognition system. This paper demonstrates: a comprehensive method of reducing video traffic, its algorithms and software implementation. It uses the method developed color coding of images of human faces and Viola-Jones method when processing lapse video form the cameras.
