- Abstract
- The article contains a research of technical regulation from the standpoint of environmental law and processes of environmental protection. Particularly the study deals with opportunities and importance of technical regulation methods to solve different environmental problems. As well there is a research on the issue of ecological safety of technical regulation and identification of its criteria. Also were considered issues of supervision and responsibility. The article is complemented by actual examples.
