- The article considers the problem for reliable transmission of control signals condition of the power equipment by using the IEC 60870-5-101 (104). The principles of the combined coding, which is providing for high level of reliability of energy management systems. Presented the technique for calculating the level of reliability of information signals and the results of experimental studies of the effectiveness of the proposed coding principles.
