- Presents a system of simple analytical expressions for the performance assessment of closed single-channel and multichannel queuing systems of type M/M/n/G/FIFO. Compact expressions are proposed for engineering calculations of indicators of closed single-server with the required accuracy and the use of a mathematical calculator.
