- Abstract
- The analysis of the effectiveness of the timber industry complex (TIC) of the Vologda region. The dynamics of production volumes in all areas of forestry in the period from 2005 to 2012. It is noted that the current annual capacity of enterprises for the production of cellulose (for cooking) are used by about 14.8 %, timber - by 65.2 %, while the production capacity of wood chips - at 86.1 %. Almost entirely in the industry used power: for the manufacture of paper and paperboard - by 91.6 %, on wood removals are used in 96.3 % of plywood production by 97.2 %, wood - particle board - by 100 %. Conclusions and present a proposal for the successful development of the forestry business.
