- Abstract
- This article describes the development and realization of the graphical user interface for a prototype of an automated Project Management system based on the PMBOK 4. Special data structures and software units were developed allow users to work on the project processes and decision makers to have control over the state of the project. During the development process were identified challenges to the automation of the provisions of the PMBOK and proposed a solution of some of them.
