- Abstract
- A modified composite elastomeric materials based on NBR BNKS brand with ultra-low friction coefficient (0.04) and wear, improved physical and mechanical properties to create anti-friction elastomeric sealing products, working in the mode of sliding friction, set the parameters of evaluating the effectiveness of anti-friction modifier-poverhnostno-active substances. Developed and implemented manufacturing process of composite elastomeric sealing products and made them a pilot batch. The products have passed bench tests without destruction to withstand 3.5 million cycles.
