- Climate has always been considered to be one of the most stable states of the earths surface. So it was until as a result of the rapid development of productive activities, mankind has become, according to Vernadsky, the main geological force from the middle of the last century. Climate also couldnt avoid the increasing impact on it by mankind. Especially that affected the earths temperature regime that was the summary measure of the state of the planet and the trigger of all its changes. Most worrying is the rapid deterioration of the planets suitability for life. It is urgently needed to develop an International program of saving of the climate of the planet in the habitable condition. And the first step to that was the Kyoto Protocol. In the article it is also said about other measures that should be taken immediately.
