- Abstract
- Article is devoted to an actual problem of improvement of the economic mechanism of providing ecological safety of the population and territories. In it methodical approach of authors to determination of the extent of damage (harm) from illegal pollution of atmospheric air by stationary sources is reasonable, the settlement formula for its definition is given. In a basis of this approach stimulation of air security activity of managing subjects depending on a risk level to population health from pollution of atmospheric air by this or that polluting substance in this territory lies.
