- Abstract
- Modern radio electronic devices is characterized by complexity of embodiment with reduction in size of electronic components. At the same time, it increases the density of the dissipated heat flows from components. Reliability requirements thus remain extremely high. This paper presents methods and models that allow introducing automation of thermal regime and temperature control systems selection and parameter values process for radio electronic devices and its components. Furthermore, the paper describes newly created software based on the method allows obtaining practical results of selection of effective thermal systems as at the stage of conceptual device design and the more detailed device version. This helps increase reliability and reduce the cost of created radio electronic devices performing strict mass and power consumed requirements.
