- Abstract
- We review newly created and static files access rights control (by their type and extension) methods and illustrate method with usage examples. This usage example big number is postulated by big number of file types handled in modern informational systems. We did formulate the key requirement of access control (by files type and extension) implementation correctness. We review patented, implemented and approved in commercial informational security systems (certified by FSTEK of Russian Federation) technical solutions. We did illustrate the access policy creation approach universality, which consists of the fact that access rights must be assigned not to objects (as attributes) but to subjects (as their access rights to objects).
