- Abstract
- The article describes how to improve the quality and efficiency of modern enterprise production processes. The Lean manufacturing methodology for innovative enterprise creation is suggested. The necessity of production processes visualization of the enterprise is shown. The arguments for the benefit of losses identification leading to unjustified expenses are presented. The methods of losses impact reducing or eliminating in order to increase enterprise efficiency are considered. Main quantitative economic indicators used to analyze the value stream mapping are shown. Relevance of the article is due to changeability that characterizes today's global economy. Under these conditions, special attention should be given to focusing on the product quality, processes and competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole enhancement. Material of the article is aimed at managers of industrial enterprises and service sector organizations. In addition, the material will be useful for production managers and quality managers.
