- Abstract
- The results of the simulation and calculation of thermal stress and strain in the metal pipes of steel X18H10T emerging modes of thermal cycling by repeated passing through the pipe of the heated air flow: total relative deformation of the sample, as well as the value of local deformation, changes in the level 10-3, the magnitude of thermal stress of ~ 300 MPa. The simulation results of the stress-strain state of cylindrical holder strain gauge steel 40X2H2MA under a uniformly distributed load (applied force ~ 20 ton) show that the most biggest stresses and strains occur on the contact patch of the dome mount platform with special plate, and the minimum - in the fixing plane holder. The models and results of calculations prepared in computer environment ANSYS simulation.
