- Abstract
- Elements of functionality and methodology of creation of the system for design and operational management of the scientific-industrial complex are considered. The system realizes design and production maintenance (support) of processes of creation of STS. Mechanisms of balancing of resource characteristics of processes are the basis for methods of management. In architecture of system it is put a component on structural parametrically synthesis of the structure of elementary processes and the maintenance (contents) of stages of works on creation of machine-building production, allowing to raise a labor productivity at the time of the initial preparation and to carry out expeditious (quick) changes of design and production data.
