- Abstract
- The article discusses the modern problems of radiation, chemical and biological safety of industrial enterprises, population, hardware and territories, both in peacetime and during hostilities, as the components of ecological safety of Russian Federation. The problems are considered of land reclamation from the pollution of a different nature, including spills of contaminated liquid petroleum products and heptyl. The article pays attention to the issues related to the recycling of a sludge cake at the areas of urban sewage treatment plants.
