- Abstract
- In the Russian Geographical Society expedition in June 2016 for the first time in recent decades have been made precise studies of storm biooceanographic processes occurring in the coastal zone off the west coast of the Crimea. Unique data on the hydrobionts distribution in the coastal zone during storm were obtained. It is shown that storms are making a huge contribution to the redistribution of matter, energy and aquatic organisms in the coastal zone on the scale of several tens kilometers.
