- Abstract
- The paper proposes a conceptually new approach to the logical analysis of complex scientific and technical problems of creation of ecologically safe destruction facilities of chemical weapons. The logical analysis revealed 23 the essential step-by interrelated and interdependent actions, are combined into 8 steps and 4 stages to the problem of safe CW destruction in Russia. The algorithm of creating objects, providing the implementation and solution of the specific intermediate objectives leading to the final result. Built a graphical model. The possibility of creation of ecologically safe production facilities for destruction of chemical weapons. The role of the application of logical analysis in the development of the activity algorithm for the creation of environmentally friendly industrial objects is shown.
