- Abstract
- In article the hot topic - the organization of an effective control system of the circulation of waste of the electronic and electrotechnical equipmen (СSCWEEE), hazardous to health of the person and the environment is analyzed. So far in Russia there is no system solution of this problem. The project on improvement of the city environment in Russia including the organization and functioning of CSCWEEE in city conditions, forms of the organization of work with the population, a formula of calculation of need for mobile places of acceptance is offered. The efficiency is proved and the conclusion is drawn on a possibility of realization in Moscow of this project without use of considerable means from the city budget.
