- Abstract
- A large part of waste water dairy plant make up by-products of curd and cheese of technological process. The need of dairy industry in deep purification of waste water is increased. In process of experiment, produced by filtering the whey through membrane of reverse osmosis. Samples of the filtrate achieved a significant reduction in environmentally harmful substances. In the concentrate increased the content of valuable components.
