- Abstract
- Instead of legislative purpose offered a conceptually new approach: choice of environmentally safe technologies for practical application on a competitive basis. Classification of technologies: the first group includes - low temperature liquid - phase processes, the second - processes at moderate temperatures; the third group - the processes occurring at high temperatures. Each of these groups is detoxification process includes many options and methods of influence on the chemical agent. Low-temperature liquid-phase processes include: - chemical detoxification - detoxification, ionizing radiation, biological detoxification processes. Processes occurring at moderate temperatures include: - various different ways of oxidation of the moist air - detoxification in supercritical liquids (water), - the destruction geotechnological methods. High temperature processes include: - direct combustion - pyrolysis in molten metal gasification - oxidation at high temperature, is the adiabatic compression processes in the plasma: equilibrium, nonequilibrium, volume etc. the basic indexes of technology assessment: safety, environmental protection and economic efficiency. Substantiates and describes the main characteristic parameters of the technology. Reviewed more than 50 technologies and the identified individual (individual), group and defining indicators, which are summarized in the General indicator, which is the criterion for comparison of the proposed alternative technologies. Just described more than 130 indicators. Gives equations for calculating each of the indicators.
