- Abstract
- We propose approach for vulnerability analysis of physical uncloneable functions. This approach based on the restricted set of parameters and can be implemented to the circuits. In this work we considered physical and algorithmic compromising threats of physically uncloneable functions responses (for example, keys storage). A practical example shows, that selection of bad parameters for assessing the quality of uncloneable function leads to vulnerability of the selected physically uncloneable function.
