- Abstract
- For the competitive evaluation of alternative technologies for destruction of chemical weapons (CW) selected 29 individual indicators (criteria) of more than 130 individual indicators are identified and scientifically sound, and described in the Concept ("Methodological bases (concept) evaluation of alternative technologies for destruction of chemical weapons"). The selected indicators assigned to the three groups of evaluation: Criteria security (enabled 17), Criteria of effectiveness of technology" (6), cost-effectiveness Criteria technology (selected 6). The developed block-scheme of the competitive assessment of technologies for CW destruction. The methodology to estimate the significance of isolated (individual) and calculation of individual indicators (criteria) is carried out using the method of pairwise comparisons (ratios). Applied the principles of hierarchical analysis, allowing the quantitative criteria assessment. The factor that you enter the expert opinion. The formulas for calculating the coefficients of significance for each indicator and the calculation of the objective function.
