- Abstract
- The article proposes a strategy for reducing cancer risks by gradual "greening" of industrial technologies proved to bear cancer risks as well as by exclusing cancerogenic substances from the industrial use. It then considers the tactics of technological management of cancer risks drawing on the example of the production and use of sulphuric acid, suggesting possible ways of replacing such processes in mineral fertilization industry, in gas and oil refineries, as well as non-ferrous metallurgy.
