- Abstract
- For the first time, experimental studies of effects of one component of new introduced into production gun powders - polyvinyl nitrate - on the soil microbiocenosis have been carried out. In the course of carrying out work on this most significant general sanitary indicator of hazard a threshold and subthreshold concentration of the compound in the soil was determined. The established features of the polyvinyl nitrate negative impact on the number of saprophytic bacteria colonies, Escherichia coli, and micromycetes are taken into account in the subsequent substantiation of its MPC in the soil of populated areas and farmland.
