- Abstract
- The article presents the results of the evaluation of four decision support systems (DSS) under the risk of emergency and emergency situations through the expectation of the utility function on a set of outcomes. Normal and emergency situations are used, such as the release and spill of a pollutant, fire and explosion. The probabilities of occurrence of each situation are determined by the expert group. It is shown that the decision support system developed by the authors in order to ensure the safety of the population living in the zone of influence of chemically hazardous objects (HOO) gives the lowest probability of occurrence of emergency situations. The results of the evaluation of the DSS using the measure of information - entropy are given. It is shown that the smallest uncertainty in the total amount of data is the system - the authors' development, in which a set of information is obtained by a set of methods and methods for processing the analysis of environmental monitoring to make management decisions on the protection of HOO staff, the population living in their area of influence and the environment.
