- Abstract
- Technology of processing bitumen-containing wastes is proposed, which provides for their grinding with subsequent melting; separation of stone crumb with discharge and packing; mixing pure bitumen with a modifier; packing the finished bitumen into containers; preparation of the modifier; fragmentation of bitumized cardboard and its briquetting. The necessary temperature conditions are achieved by using a steam-compression heat pump. The technology makes it possible to increase energy efficiency, reduce fire hazard, eliminate emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
