- Abstract
- This article discusses the prospects for large-scale use of ash and slag waste from power system. One of the methods for the processing of ash and slag waste is identified, such as their use in the construction of roads. Some proposals for creating a regulatory framework for the widespread involvement in the circulation of this type of waste as secondary material resources are indicated. Also we consider the quality characteristics of ash and slag waste, examples of the use of ash and slag waste in Russia and in some foreign countries. Patented technological solutions that expand the possibilities of ash and slag waste in the field of road construction are described.
