- Abstract
- The paper is devoted to the analysis of the use of simulationin electronics preproduction systems. On the example of creating a 3D model of technological equipment for the manual assembly of electronic modules on printed circuit boards in SolidEdge CAD, a methodology for preparing digital input data for simulation is illustrated. The import procedure into the Plant Simulation system, which is part of the Tecnomatix software package from Siemens Digital Industries, is analyzed in detail. A generalized synthesis algorithm for the kinematics of moving assembly objects in the implementation of simulation models is proposed. In conclusion, recommendations are given on the use of tools from Siemens Digital Industries in solving problems of manufacturing system simulation.
