- Abstract
- This article presents the results of experimental studies of the effect of waste from the carbonitration of metal surfaces of a metal processing plant on test objects using the eluate herbal test method. For the reliability of the results, the studies were conducted using two test cultures: oats (Avena sativa L.) and radishes (Raphanus sativus). A comparative analysis of the influence of different concentrations of the extract of the studied waste on the selected test cultures was carried out, the photoelectric effect was calculated, the safe concentration of dilution of the waste extract was also determined when cleaning the carbonitration baths of metal surfaces. Based on the results of experimental studies, conclusions are made about the toxicity of the investigated waste.
