- Abstract
- This article analyzes the activities in the field of solid municipal waste management in the territory of the Tyumen region. The main reasons for the increase in waste, data on the composition and amount of their accumulation are given. The necessity of developing the existing territorial scheme of MSW management is proved in the framework of the decree of the Government of the Tyumen region on concluding a concession agreement regarding the creation and operation of the communal infrastructure system. Also considered options for returning valuable secondary resources to the commodity circulation. The relevance of the construction of waste sorting plants on the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation is substantiated.
