- Abstract
- For the first time, the comprehensive experimental hazard assessment of the produced trinitrotoluene and hexogene content in the soil was carried out. It was found that both compounds had a negative effect on the number of microbial communities, nitrification processes, enzymatic activity, and soil respiration. At the same time, the substances did not pose a hazard during migration from the soil to the atmosphere air and water reservoirs. The data obtained were taken into account when developing the relevant hygienic standards for the explosives in the given ecosystem.
