- Abstract
- The concept and features of the structure of information technologies (it structures) that provide the system of activity of scientific and production organizations of the Russian Federation are considered. A method for synthesizing it models is proposed, which includes methods for structural analysis of complex systems, process evaluation, and best practices in it infrastructure design. The use of such models for generating requirements for it infrastructure components, reengineering processes, and improving the performance of organizations that provide the life cycle of complex knowledge-intensive products is justified.
