- Abstract
- In this work, a study of the photodetector unit from the composition of the device for determining the coordinates of stars (or star sensor) is carried out. The purpose of the study, in addition to determining the value of the temperature and its distribution over the main units of the device, was to solve the problem of assessing the degree of reliability of simulation results using CAD. From the analysis of the results obtained, it follows that for cases where the results with an error of up to 20-30 % are acceptable, then it is possible to use three-dimensional models with the assumptions of "ideal contact". For other cases (error of results up to 10-12 %), it is necessary to carry out modeling with the obligatory consideration of the thermal resistance of the contact.
