- Abstract
- The work is devoted to the study of the main methods of designing heat-dissipating radiators for radio electronic equipment (CEA). The first part reveals the contradictions arising in the design of modern radiators. It was determined that the main problem is the need to increase the heat sink surface, but it is important to minimize the mass. In the main part, the algorithm for calculating radiators is considered and geometric optimization of the prototype is carried out using modeling in SolidWorks FlowSimulation.
