- Abstract
- The article investigates the design of an absorber, which uses an array of pyramidal nanostructures made of natural hyperbolic metamaterial bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3) on a silver substrate. A numerical study is carried out to study the absorption of solar radiation and determine the appropriate ranges of geometric parameters of the proposed structure, immersed in a liquid medium - water. A high degree of absorption can be achieved even with some changes in these parameters. This study will help substantiate the theoretical basis for efficient collection of solar energy in the process of photothermal conversion, which is especially important for modern industrial technologies in mechanical engineering.
