- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the plasma treatment of various kinds of solid wastes and its mixtures, such as municipal wastes, heavy oil residues, waste of polymer materials, automobile tires, waste water, sludge accumulations, medical wastes and biomass of microalgae CHLORELLA VULGARIS (alga-biomass) by the using of of high-temperature plasma converter, coupled with the alga-technologies unit. The basic technological schemes of the process of plasma treatment of wastes and alga technologies unit are presented. The technology provides to produce the basalt-like slag, electric and thermal energy, biomotor fuel, alga-biomass and glycerol. The calculation of the main technical and economic indicators of the plasma treatment plant with alga technology unit was carried out by the specially developed program.
